TRANSPORTATION
UBER - It's only 20 minutes from the Warsaw center, so we recommend that you simply get an Uber there and back, as Uber is both convenient and pretty cheap in Poland :)
TAXI - If you prefer conventional taxis then iTaxi is very reliable and also relatively cheap.
You can either download an app or call +48 737 737 737 (available 24/7). If you're having trouble with getting in touch with them, please just let us know and we'll help out!
If you're arriving with kids - there are no legal requirements for children in Poland to be put in car seats while being transported in a taxi. However, we have checked with iTaxi and they have confirmed that if you pre-book a cab at least an hour earlier, they will provide a baby car seat which costs an additional 20 PLN.
ARRIVING AT THE VENUE - for the time being, the only available entrance to the wedding venue is via Pilsudskiego Street in Marki. Please ask the driver to be careful with the GPS, as it sometimes might point towards the currently inaccessible driveway. When putting a location in GPS, please make sure that you choose “Cicha 23 | Event Place”, NOT “Cicha 23 | Duża Stajnia”.
If you happen to get a driver that doesn't speak English, just show him/her the explanation in Polish below...
INFORMATION IN POLISH - Cicha 23 składa się z dwóch przestrzeni Dużej i Małej Stajni, które posiadają osobne parkingi i osobne drogi dojazdu. W momencie obywania się przyjęć nie ma możliwości przejścia między Stajniami, dlatego musicie przyjechać z właściwej strony. Nasze wesele odbedzie sie w Malej Stajni.
Goście Małej Stajni dojeżdżają i parkują od ul. Piłsudskiego – głównej ulicy biegnącej przez miasto Marki. Nawigacja Google Maps może kierować Was od strony Dużej Stajni – wybierając Małą Stajnię wpiszcie w nawigacji “Cicha 23 | Event Place” i wybierzcie trasę od ul. Piłsudskiego w Markach (często jest to trasa alternatywna).
ACCOMMODATION
Since we are planning on meeting you (or as many of you as we can) in the center of Warsaw for a few cheeky wee ones (for those who don’t speak kiwi - it means drinks) both before the wedding day, and after the party, while we’re all hangover - we recommend that you book a room or apartment in the center of Warsaw, as this is where the city magic usually happens.
However, suppose you're up for some architectural adventures...In that case, there is a fantastic hotel called MOXY by Marriott, located on the other side of the city in PRAGA (yet close to the centre if you need to get there), in an old but revitalized Polish Vodka Distillery. Just see for yourself!!!

Located one hour north of Wellington on the West Coast. You'll find The Milk Station at 35 Rahui Road, Otaki, New Zealand.
Guest parking is available onsite.
Taxis will be available to get you home if needed!
ACCOMMODATION
For those that don’t know, the bustling metropolis is extremely busy and accommodation can be scarce. With that in mind, there are 25 rooms located on-site that can be booked. Alternately we suggest you look to book an Air BnB quite quickly or if needed please feel free to reach out and we can assist with one of our many local connections.

Wear whatever the fuck you like. No sandals and socks allowed though - that’s the line we do not cross! Just think "slow wedding":-)
We expect good summer weather at the end of May in Poland. However, it's good to be prepared for potential rain and some cold.
And don’t forget about the fact that January in New Zealand actually means summer!
